Job summary

Qualifications
- B.S. or MBA in Engineering or Electronics related field.
- Knowledge of SMT, PC Board Assembly; PCBA experience preferred.
- 2+ years in PCBA or Manufacturing Quality Control or Production.
- English proficiency required; Mandarin a plus.
Responsibilities
- Technical knowledge to perform assigned product quality tasks.
- Troubleshoot process, vendor or design related issues.
- Ensure production processes meet customer requirements.
- Apply essential quality tools (8D, Fishbone) for problem solving.
- Operate measurement tools and calibrate as needed.
- Create/maintain quality control plans and procedures.
- Participate in ISO Internal and 5S audits with the Quality Committee.
- Interface with regulatory bodies as required.
- Collaborate with teams to drive process improvements.
