Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accurate financial reporting under GAAP and manage internal controls across GL, AR, AP, and payroll. The role supports management with actionable financial analysis to drive profitable growth and risk management.

The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, monthly close processes, and specify benchmarks while ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, ICFR, and local requirements. Strong English/Mandarin communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA and/or AICPA membership preferred.
• 8+ years of finance experience, including 2+ years in US market or overseas financial management.
• Proficient in GAAP and tax systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations including GL, AR, AP, and bank reconciliations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for growth.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, ICFR, and US tax planning.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audit.
• Provide strategic financial leadership to management.
