• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Inspect equipment and coordinate repairs with Community/Regional Managers.
• Plan repair work using blueprints or manuals as needed.
• Order supplies and materials with managerial approval.
• Assist with seasonal maintenance and snow removal.
