Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, painting, minor carpentry, and upkeep of common areas.
• Maintain HVAC systems and coordinate servicing with contractors.
• Handle plumbing issues, coordinate larger problems with plumbers.
• Coordinate projects: scopes, quotes, materials, schedules, costs.
• Manage vendors and supplies, monitor inventory, approve purchases.
