Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leads and mechanics in daily activities.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure operability.
• Repair, install and troubleshoot equipment and accessories; follow PM schedules.
• Lead safety, quality, and food safety initiatives within the department.
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion; maintain OSHA compliance.
• Train department personnel in troubleshooting techniques and equipment operation.
