Job summary

YQN Logistics Co. is seeking a Warehouse LTL Outbound Team Lead in Katy, TX. This onsite role requires coordinating outbound operations, pallets, docks, and driver BOLs while ensuring compliance with customer and platform routing guides.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of warehouse outbound experience, strong knowledge of LTL/FTL processes, and proficiency with WMS and handheld scanners. Chinese language skills are required; English and Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in warehouse outbound/dock shipping.
• Strong knowledge of LTL/FTL workflows and national/regional carriers.
• Proficiency with WMS, handheld RF scanners, and basic Microsoft Excel/Outlook.
• Fluent Chinese; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Palletizing & Compliance Inspection: Ensure outbound pallet builds meet routing guides and label requirements.
• Dock Staging & Lane Management: Manage staging lanes by carrier/destination and verify counts.
• Trailer Loading & Weight Distribution: Optimize cubic volume with safe weight balance in 53’ vans/containers.
• Driver Coordination & BOL: Verify pickups, inspect trailer safety, record seals, and obtain signatures.
