Formación

• Bilingual fluency in English and Hmong required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current LPN/LVN license in good standing to practice.
• BLS required (within 90 days of employment).
• IV Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administers medications and treatments per care plan.
• Communicates participant condition to physicians and team.
• Educates participants and families on medications and treatments.
• Maintains medical records and complies with charting requirements.
• Triages and assists in scheduling and coordination as needed.
