Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.
• Active Texas LPC license is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish ability is required.
• Experience with individual, couples, and family therapy across diverse populations.
• Experience conducting intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
• Experience developing personalized treatment plans.
• Experience maintaining clinical documentation per regulatory standards.
• Experience using CBT, DBT, and other modalities.
• Experience providing crisis intervention and risk assessment.
• Strong English communication and rapport-building skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients.
• Assess client needs through intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals.
