Job summary

Imperative Logistics Group is seeking a Dock Receiving Associate to warmly greet drivers, verify paperwork, and guide them to unloading docks. You will print labels, create shipment references, and log arrivals, while coordinating with the forklift team for efficient offloading.

Strong communication in English and Spanish, basic data entry, and familiarity with warehouse systems (AS400, QE) are valued. This role is based on-site in Texas and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to use computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Greet drivers, verify visit purpose and documentation.
• Assign unloading dock and log arrival details.
• Print labels and create work references for shipments.
• Enter arrivals into QE and update the BOL.
• Coordinate with forklift team to unload safely.
