Qualifications

• Experience in sales, collections or customer service is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role requirements while delivering timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and drive toward branch goals.
• Engage customers through loan process and lifecycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve goals and educate customers on loan options.
