Acacia Network is seeking a mission-driven LMSW in New York to coordinate social and mental health services across our urban health centers, serving a diverse South Bronx community.

You will assess, diagnose, provide individual/family/group therapy under supervision, and connect clients to housing, health homes, and behavioral health resources while maintaining compliant records and collaborating with leadership.

Qualificações

• Master’s Degree in Social Work required.
• Current LMSW license in NYS.
• Minimum 2 years in a mental/behavioral health setting.
• Must obtain mandated reporter training before hire.
• Must complete MAT, SBIRT, CASAC Ethics, and 42 CFR confidentiality within six months.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy under supervision.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and treatment plans.
• Provide crisis management as needed.
• Maintain client records per guidelines.
• Submit insurer-billing paperwork in a timely manner.
• Organize interdisciplinary case conferences.
• Attend staff and organizational meetings as requested.
• Gather patient data for supervision reports.
• Collaborate with Senior Director of Behavioral Health on special projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
