The Law Offices of James Scott Farrin is seeking a driven bilingual personal injury attorney for our Raleigh, NC area team. This role is remote-friendly and focuses on crafting strategy, reviewing records, and providing important legal advice while our support teams handle routine tasks.

You will guide injured clients through their cases with the support of negotiations, liens, or litigation. A North Carolina Bar license is required; on-site training is provided during the probationary period,

Qualifications

• North Carolina Bar license required.
• Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases and manage time effectively.
• Moderate capabilities for technology
• Experience in personal injury law preferred but not required; we provide training and mentorship.
• Bilingual required.
• This position requires in-office training and full on-site attendance for the duration of the probationary period.
