Ellie Mental Health - 240 is seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed Spanish-speaking therapist to deliver culturally competent mental health care to diverse communities in New Jersey. The role offers a balanced caseload with clinical supervision, mentorship, and flexible options for in-person and remote work.

You will provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy in Spanish and English, develop treatment plans, collaborate with medical professionals, and participate in staff

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Clinical license or provisional licensure in New Jersey.
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills.
• Familiarity with office technology and EHR (Valant).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, family, or group therapy in Spanish and English.
• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care.
• Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families.
• Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions.
