Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed therapist in New Jersey to join our diverse team, offering both in-person and remote work options. The role supports culturally competent care across individuals, couples, families, and groups, with mentorship and clinical supervision available.

Responsibilities include providing therapy in Spanish and English, evaluating diagnoses, and coordinating with medical professionals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey.
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills.
• Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records (exp with Valant a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, family, or group therapy in Spanish and English.
• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care.
• Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families.
• Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions.
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
• Maintain documentation per company policies and timelines.
