Zusammenfassung

Ellie Mental Health – Burr Ridge is growing, and we are looking for compassionate, motivated licensed and provisionally licensed mental health therapists to join our outpatient team.

We welcome LCSWs, LCPCs, LMFTs, LPCs, and LSWs, with emphasis on Spanish-speaking/bilingual clinicians, to expand access across Burr Ridge and surrounding western and southwestern suburbs, while offering flexible work arrangements and supportive supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent in a behavioral health field.
• Active or eligible Illinois clinical/provisional license (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT/LPC/LSW).
• Knowledge of treatment planning and clinical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain professional and ethical boundaries.
• Complete clinical documentation within required timeframes.
• Comfortable working with diverse and multicultural populations.
• Proficient with an electronic health record (EHR) system.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and establish diagnoses.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy.
• Complete progress notes and plan reviews.
• Maintain timely documentation per clinic and payer requirements.
• Full-time clinicians maintain 25 completed client sessions per week.
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and care team.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training.
• Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed, client-centered care.
