Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- 1–3 years of insurance sales experience.
- Allstate appointment preferred within last 6 months.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping.
- Persuasive sales skills with ability to close and meet targets.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Handle client questions and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Conduct client needs analysis to uncover coverage gaps and offer solutions.
- Cross-sell products to enhance client coverage.
- Refer clients to other departments for additional services.
