Job summary

Center for Human Development (CHD) in Springfield, MA is seeking bilingual licensed clinicians or licensed-eligible clinicians to support the ACCS program in a full-time outpatient clinic. The role emphasizes person-centered treatment planning within a multidisciplinary team for adults 18+ in a community-based behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities include direct clinical interventions, comprehensive assessments, and treatment planning, with a focus on recovery principles.

Qualifications

• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.
• A Master’s Degree in related field and a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts including LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, Licensed Rehab Counselor, Physician, Registered Nurse, Registered OT, or Psychologist.
• Three to five years of experience in a mental health treatment program and demonstrated experience working with Persons with psychiatric and/or substance use histories is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical interventions with Persons served.
• Facilitate planning and documentation of comprehensive assessments and treatment plans.
• Model best practices and train the team in recovery principles.
