Bilingual License Compliance Manager - LATAM

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented License Compliance Manager to join our team focused on the LATAM region. The role involves ensuring legal compliance and driving licensing opportunities. Your main duties will include identifying, investigating, and qualifying new compliance opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Become an expert in AGPLv3 and open-source licenses
  • Understand Apryse's software license models
  • Manage license compliance cases
  • Communicate with customer and legal executives
  • Detail customer technical landscapes to build compliance opportunities
  • Expand compliance market opportunities in LATAM
  • Explain license compliance to clients and prepare them for sales
  • Build rapport and transform compliance concerns into partnerships
  • Understand Apryse products and market potential
  • Accurately document work in CRM (SalesForce)
  • Coordinate between Sales and Legal teams
  • Participate in team meetings and training
  • Attend software compliance events and conferences
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields
  • 3+ years in technical sales, IP legal roles, or related experience; paralegal background a plus
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • Technical understanding of software products
  • Ability to engage with technical and legal stakeholders at all levels
  • Problem-solving skills for long-term solutions
  • Strong understanding of technology interactions
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
