Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to type at least 45 words per minute with strong document processing.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in legal services, administrative support, or case coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case-related activities, including preparing standard pleadings and routine documents.
• Conduct client intakes, including eligibility checks and interviews in person or by phone.
• Maintain client files and enter data into databases.
• Schedule hearings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
• Prepare legal educational material and provide general case support.
