Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in client-related tasks, including drafting correspondence and maintaining case records.
• Assist with administrative duties such as organizing files, scanning and copying documents, mailing case packages, and tracking case deadlines.
• Potentially interact with clients by gathering information, confirming details, or providing status updates under attorney guidance.
• Collaborate with team members across a multicultural environment to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a pre-law degree (e.g., Political Science, International Relations, History, Sociology, or related field) or planning to attend law school in the future.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required).
