You will partner with attorneys, liaise with insurance adjusters, and coordinate with medical providers to settle bills while maintaining a compassionate client experience.

This role blends administrative duties with strong customer service, requiring fluent Spanish and English, Excel proficiency, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Minimum 2 years of recent employment.
• Preferred: 1+ years in Customer Service, Client Services, or Hospitality.
• Understanding of Excel.
• Outgoing personality with teamwork and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and paralegals to craft settlements that are fair and beneficial.
• Act as the primary contact for insurance adjusters to expedite payment processes.
• Work with medical providers and lien holders to settle bills, ensuring clients’ financial ease.

• Help to amplify the firm’s presence by obtaining social media reviews and recommendations from clients.
