Avrek Law Firm is seeking a Bilingual Legal Assistant to join the Settlement department in a full-time role. The position requires fluency in Spanish and experience in supporting personal injury attorneys with case management, documentation, and client communication.

The successful candidate will gather medical records, review liens, and help prepare medical payments and settlement checks, while coordinating with clients and insurance carriers to move cases forward.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish required.
• 1+ year of experience as a legal assistant or case manager assistant.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research software.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and organizational skills.

We are a prominent and growing Personal Injury Law Firm and are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney Assistant to join our team. As an Attorney Assistant, you will be responsible for updating clients on the status of their case, requesting missing records, bills and evidence, and following up on settlement agreements and settlement checks with insurance carriers. Ideal candidates should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a detail-oriented approach to their work.
