Envolve is seeking a full-time leasing consultant/office assistant for Park at Springdale Apartments in Cincinnati, OH. The role includes assisting the Community Manager with rent collections and resident inspections while also maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Complete knowledge of lease agreements is required.
• Must have working knowledge of computers and basic office skills.
• Background screening and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in rent collection and resident inspections.
• Inspect community common areas, units, and grounds regularly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of markets and complete weekly reports.
