Envolve CommunityManagement, LLC is seeking a full-time leasing consultant/office assistant for Park at Springdale in Cincinnati, OH. You will support the Community Manager with rent collection, renewals, inspections, and resident services to keep a high level of satisfaction across the community.

Ideal candidates have lease-knowledge, Spanish bilingual skills, strong communication, and organizational abilities, plus basic computer proficiency with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lease agreements is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
• Excellent written communication with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Leasing experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of computers and Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with rent collection and renewal work.
• Help residents inspect their new home and support renewal efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions; prepare weekly traffic reports.
• Inspect common areas, units and grounds regularly.
• Record daily resident information for walk-ins/move-ins/move-outs.
• Maintain resident files and assist with renewal paperwork.
