Job summary

ZRS Management in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen prospective tenants, market available properties, and negotiate lease terms to maintain high occupancy. You will conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, prepare lease paperwork, and collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure a smooth move-in and excellent resident service.

A valid driver's license and 1+ year of sales or leasing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Stay informed about local rental market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations
• Participate in property marketing events, outreach programs, and promotional activities to maximize property visibility
• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments to qualified prospects, preparing lease paperwork and assisting future residents to ensure a smooth move-in
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, provide leasing information, make appointments
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports
• Determine resident needs and respond promptly to any resident needs/concerns
• Explain all lease and community policies to new and current residents
• Plan, organize and conduct resident functions as needed and as directed by Property Manager
• Uphold ethical standards, fair housing regulations, and company policies in all leasing activities
• Work at least one to two weekends in a month
