BG Staffing is seeking a personable and motivated Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a thriving apartment community in Sun Valley, NV 89433. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a pay rate of $23.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, with weekend availability required.

Greet prospective residents, conduct professional tours, and assist current and prospective residents in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Previous apartment leasing experience or strong customer service background.
• Excellent communication, sales and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct professional property tours.
• Assist current and prospective residents in both English and Spanish.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive resident relationships.
• Process applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident documentation.
• Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communications.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, lead follow-up, and community outreach efforts.
• Support daily leasing office operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
