StoneCreek Communities, owner of Scandia Apartments, seeks a bilingual Leasing Consultant in Indianapolis to maintain high occupancy through leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations. Requirements: 2 years of multifamily leasing, bilingual Spanish, strong customer service, Entrata preferred; schedule Mon–Fri, weekends as needed; pay $24.00–$26.00/hr.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in multifamily property management leasing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and facilitate move-ins and lease signings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of prices, property information, and market comps.
• Follow up with leads within 24 hours using the CRM/PMS.
• Coordinate maintenance items and inspect apartments before move-ins.
• Support lease renewals with letters, packages, and timely signed documents.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns and route requests appropriately.
• Complete monthly training and adhere to company policies.

Scandia Apartments, managed by StoneCreek Communities, is hiring a Bilingual Leasing Consultant. The overall objective of this position is to maintain high physical occupancy by attracting and retaining qualified residents, and it is responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.

Duties and responsibilities

• Maintain clear knowledge of current prices, property information, and comparable properties in the market
• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community's revenue and occupancy goals: greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours, showing apartments, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing
• Inspect apartments before residents move in, ensure they are in ready condition, and schedule outstanding items with the maintenance team
• Follow up with all leads in the CRM/PMS within 24 hours
• Complete work order callbacks daily to ensure resident satisfaction
• Design and execute marketing activities that drive traffic to the community, using internet marketing tools and community-specific marketing plans
• Ensure the community and show units meet company show-quality standards by inspecting the leasing tour daily
• Support the lease renewal program: prepare renewal letters and packages, meet with renewing residents before move-out dates, and ensure renewal documents are signed on time
• Respond quickly and courteously to resident and owner concerns, resolve problems, and route requests appropriately
• Complete required monthly training and follow company policies and procedures

Physical requirements

prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, as well as standing, walking, and giving tours; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and traverse properties with stairs in a variety of weather.
