Job summary

Chick-fil-A Chapel Hill in Cuyahoga Falls is seeking a bilingual leader who can communicate in Spanish and English to guide kitchen operations and guest service.

The role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting food to Chick-fil-A standards, in a fast-paced environment. In-house orientation and training will onboard you quickly. Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-English required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Knowledgeable of kitchen station assignments (fries, breading, assembling, prep).
• Prepare cold items and catering menu items as needed.

Cook/Prep responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, and prep.
• Prepare cold individual and catering menu items.
• Stock restaurant inventory as needed.
• Work with fryers and grills.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly.
• Keep up to date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing ongoing in-house training and stay up to date on any changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be 16+ years of age. We welcome teens to apply.
