We seek a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join a diverse team, including international students. Fluency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is highly valued to support clients in their native language.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted PMHNP-BC in Massachusetts.
• Active and unrestricted DEA registration in Massachusetts.
• Strong clinical documentation skills and ability to complete notes promptly.
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and culturally responsive care.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team.
• New graduates welcome; supervision and support provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assess psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
• Diagnose mental health conditions per DSM-5 criteria.
• Provide medication management including prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting medications.
• Offer psychotherapy where appropriate and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Order and interpret labs to support safe medication management.
• Coordinate care and refer clients to other providers or higher levels of care.
• Maintain timely, accurate, compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists, consulting psychiatrists, and team members for integrated care.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and supervision as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards in Massachusetts.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, culturally responsive environment for diverse clients.
