Pulmuone Foods USA, Inc. is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily production operations, manage supervisors, and optimize labor and shift coverage in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, ensure GMP compliance, and collaborate with QA, Maintenance, SCM, and HR to maintain safety and efficiency across the plant. A bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
• 5–7 years in manufacturing with 2–3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience leading multi-shift operations in a fast-paced food production environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety standards, OSHA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee daily production operations by directing Production Supervisors in workforce planning and shift coverage.
• Own and monitor production workforce attendance and labor utilization.
• Manage daily production performance and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure readiness and availability of production materials, equipment, and resources.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors related to production operations.
• Develop and maintain production SOPs to ensure accuracy and alignment with regulations.
• Plan and evaluate training programs for production staff.
• Prepare and present production reports and KPIs for management reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Safety Rules, GMP, and regulatory standards through audits and inspections.
