We are hiring Full-Time bilingual positions in our Broker Services Department with an hourly base rate of $20hr + Benefits + Paid Training + Overtime available + WORK REMOTELY

Responsibilities:

• Must be fluent in both English and Korean

• Meet performance expectations, including call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence

• Attend team meetings and training sessions

• Maintain regular communication with supervisors and peers

• Use active listening and provided tools to determine the best outcome for each call

• Handle primarily inbound calls. Primary Skills & Requirements:

• Customer Service experience preferred • Self-motivated, outcome-driven, and teachable

• Ability to type 35+ WPM • Work-from-home capability, by providing your own equipment (Desktop/Laptop, Second Monitor, high-speed internet (Internet upload speeds of 20Mbps)

• Ability to navigate multiple systems

• Proficiency with computers and web-based systems

• Must be willing to complete a background check.

Requirements to work from home:

• Minimum internet upload speeds of 20Mbps

• Hard-wired internet connection (Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)

• A quiet, distraction-free, and secure place to work.
