Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Team Member to work with an independent Owner/Operator. You will prepare, cook, assemble and present food to meet Chick-fil-A standards while delivering friendly service and a positive guest experience.

Spanish-speaking preferred and opportunities for growth and development are available, including scholarships. Flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment are emphasized, with open and close duties as assigned and ongoing training from leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
