Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a bilingual leader who can speak both Spanish and English to guide front-of-house and kitchen teams. All training is provided in-house through our orientation and training program, and we are hiring immediately to meet guest demand.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years of age.
• Comfortable working in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Positive attitude and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, and prep.
• Prepare cold individual and catering menu items.
• Stock restaurant inventory as needed.
• Work with fryers and grills.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly.
• Stay up to date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
