Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CTC certifications: First aid, CPR, EBI as applicable.
• Minimum 6 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitary conditions in work and food service areas meeting licensing requirements.
• Operate kitchen equipment and report any malfunctioning equipment immediately.
• Produce a standard food product by weighing and measuring ingredients accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of materials and equipment used in food preparation and cooking.
• Implement Compass Connections safety protocols including evacuating with children and staff in emergencies.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality in all areas of service population and program operations.
• Follow Compass Connections dress code and professional conduct.
