The Facilities Group National is seeking a bilingual Janitor Supervisor to lead the Keller, TX shift, ensuring the day’s scope is completed and safety rules are followed. You will manage janitorial staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and drive customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of janitorial and supervisory experience, forklift certification, and comfort with cold freezer environments; MS Office skills and US work authorization

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of janitorial experience.
• Must be forklift certified.
• Must be okay with working in cold freezer temperatures.
• At least 1 year of lead or supervisor experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.

Responsabilités

• Lead your shift by assisting the manager in ensuring the day’s scope of work gets done.
• Ensure that assigned janitorial duties are completed.
• Assist the manager in applying work standards for janitorial employees.
• Monitor, measure, and report to the manager on performance during the shift.
• Communicate daily assignments and messages to the janitorial staff.
• Maintain proper maintenance of all equipment and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Provide training to meet current and future shift demands.
• Maintain housekeeping standards for a clean and safe workplace.
• Respond to customer complaints to achieve satisfaction.
