This full-time role requires at least 1 year of janitorial experience, forklift certification, and comfort in cold freezer environments. You will monitor performance, assign tasks, ensure health and safety compliance, and maintain high standards while coordinating with the manager.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of janitorial experience.
• Must be forklift certified.
• Must be able to work in cold freezer temperatures.
• At least 1 year of lead or supervisor experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and supervise janitorial staff to complete daily tasks.
• Ensure health and safety rules are followed.
• Communicate daily assignments from management to staff.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and respond to customer concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and monitor performance during the shift.
• Coordinate with manager to apply work standards and training.
