Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal/external customers and employees.
• Experience with HR processes lifecycle including staffing, interviewing, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensure proper training for all personnel in their positions.
• Measure performance, provide feedback and develop staff; ensure safety.
• Coordinate with team for daily operations and resolve deficiencies promptly.
• Maintain shift coverage by coordinating with shift leads and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and take disciplinary actions when needed.
• Implement safety programs and machinery use, including forklift training.
• Manage chemicals, inventory, and PPE; ensure safety.
• Daily local travel as required.

Shifts Available:

Mon - Fri 8am till 4pm

Starting Pay: $60000.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization
• Provides direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel
• Ensures proper training for all personnel in their respective positions
• Measures performance, provides feedback and develops staff setting clear expectations ensuring employee safety is a priority committing to timely incident reporting procedures
• Collaborates with team to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations, resolving deficiencies in a timely manner
• Maintains coverages for all shifts by coordinating and collaborating with shift leads confirming daily schedules
• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions where needed
• Implements company use of machinery and safety programs including forklift training
• Manages chemicals and supply inventory ensures employee safety and use of proper PPE
• Daily local travel required

Requirements for our Bilingual Janitorial Site Manager:

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory and leadership experience
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees
• Experienced with application of human resources process and procedures, including full staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.

Hourly employees will be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law and KBS policy.
