The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, have 2+ years of supervisory experience, and be able to coordinate shifts and communicate effectively with customers and employees. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Direct supervision of janitorial operations personnel.
• Train staff and enforce safety procedures.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to staff, setting clear expectations.
• Coordinate with shifts to ensure daily coverage and timely scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and issue disciplinary actions when needed.
• Oversee machinery and safety programs including forklift training.
• Travel locally to sites as required.
