4M Building Solutions, LLC is seeking a bilingual Account Manager (English & Spanish) in Faribault, MN to act as the single point of contact for a major client. You will drive account activities, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure service expectations are met and exceeded.

The role requires 3+ years in facility services management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend work.

Annual Salary 54K + $2000.00 Sign on Bonus after 6 months

As the single point of contact within a major account, our Account Manager is the face of 4M Building Solutions to our client. Our Account Managers take ownership of their account to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations.
