Logicalis is seeking a bilingual Service Desk Analyst to join our Managed Services NOC. The role focuses on initial incident triage, documentation, and end-user service request fulfillment while adhering to ITIL processes.

You will work a night schedule (Sun-Thu, 9PM-6AM EST) and require fluency in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with clients and vendors. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of IT service desk experience with Windows OS, Office applications, networking, and

Competenze

• 1 year experience in IT service desk functions including Windows OS, Office products, and general networking knowledge.
• Experience with Windows XP/7/Server 2003/2008, VPN, backups and networking.
• ServiceNow (or similar) and Nimsoft (or similar IT monitoring).
• Proficient in Microsoft products and operating systems.

Mansioni

• Respond to and resolve customer issues using tools, procedures, and training.
• Document incident troubleshooting and service requests in ServiceNow.
• Escalate issues per escalation procedures.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and other support tiers.
• Create technical and process documentation for troubleshooting.
• Follow ITIL incident, problem and change management processes.
