Openwork is hiring several Cycle/Inventory Counters for a Houston-based client. The role focuses on cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and maintaining organized storage areas in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates communicate well in English and Spanish, have inventory experience, and can operate a stand-up forklift and reach truck. Safety and accuracy are emphasized, with eligibility for overtime and a focus on reliable, independent work habits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred for effective team communication.
• Inventory experience and basic math/analytical ability.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Computer skills and basic data entry.
• Experience with forklifts or warehouse equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cycle count materials daily or as scheduled.
• Review on-hand inventory, current activity and past activity.
• Ensure materials are in proper locations.
• Break down boxes and pallets as needed.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE as required.
• Operate standup forklift, reach truck and other warehouse gear.
• Maintain clean, orderly warehouse appearance.
