Qualifications

• Fluency in English and at least one Indian language.
• Proven experience as interpreter/translator.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpretation and translation between English and Indian languages during meetings and events.
• Attend meetings and events with Indian community members to provide interpretation services.
• Translate written documents such as letters, emails and legal documents.
• Ensure accuracy and cultural sensitivity in all translations.
• Maintain confidentiality of information obtained during interpretation sessions.
• Assist with scheduling interpreter assignments and coordinating workloads.
