Wheeler Clinic in Hartford, CT seeks a Bilingual Integrated Health Care Clinician to deliver clinical and case management services across the lifespan in an integrated health care setting that includes primary care, behavioral health and dental services. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English; annual bilingual stipend provided.

Eligible for NHSC loan repayment up to $250,000. Full-time position with a salary of $60,000 for associate licensure or $73,500 for full licensure, plus a $10,000

Formación

• Master’s degree required in relevant field.
• Must be licensed or license eligible LPCA, LMFTA, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist. LMSW/LCSW depending on MSW path.

Responsabilidades

• Works as part of a multidisciplinary team to meet behavioral, primary, and dental health needs.
• Provide behavioral health consultation to the primary care provider and assist treatment compliance.
• Develops and documents treatment plans with client/family; uses DSM-based formulations.
• Triages emergencies and maintains timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborates with community providers and maintains cultural sensitivity.

Educación

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work or related license eligible field

Doctoral degree in Psychology (optional)
