La Clinica de Familia Inc is a trusted FQHC providing comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health, and educational services in Southern New Mexico. This position will be at Las Cruces High School and is exempt from overtime.

The role involves assessment, crisis intervention, case management, and therapy for individuals, families, and groups within a primary care setting, with coordination across community agencies and staff training responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or another behavioral health related field.
• Possess one of the following New Mexico licenses: LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Performs assessment, diagnostic evaluation, crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic services for individuals, families, and groups.
• Coordinates with and provides education to support system and community agencies in relation to patient care.
• Assists in staff orientation and training; assists in team supervision and provides feedback to assist in planning, development, and implementation of services for their program.
