Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. seeks an Intake Specialist for CPLC Prestamos to greet entrepreneurs and collect information to guide them toward lending and technical assistance resources.

You’ll ensure accurate client data, maintain confidentiality, and connect clients with appropriate internal teams for a smooth service handoff. This role emphasizes strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HSD/GED and 3 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in commercial lending/analysis preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in high-volume setting while maintaining efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Gather essential information from clients.
• Assess client needs to determine next steps.
• Ensure client information and documentation are accurate and confidential as required.
• Coordinate intake procedures and direct clients to internal resources.
• Manage multiple client inquiries and tasks in a high-volume environment.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and provide updates on client needs.
