Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients in English and Spanish.
• Assist clients with policy questions, billing, payments, claims, coverage questions, endorsements, cancellations, renewals, and general service needs.
• Review policies and identify opportunities to better protect clients.
• Assist with auto, home, renters, and other personal insurance products.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and client follow-ups professionally.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities when appropriate.
• Help retain existing customers by providing proactive, relationship-focused service.
