Confie and its family of companies is seeking a bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our on-site team in Passaic, NJ. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers and participate in ongoing training.

No cold calling is involved, with uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives as part of a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (but not required).
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.
• Connects quickly; educate and advise the customer on which products best fit their needs.
