Confie and its family of companies are hiring a Bilingual Insurance Sales Trainee/Sales Representative for an on-site role in Haddon Township, NJ. Located at 795 White Horse Pike, Ste A, the position focuses on selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, with a base salary plus commissions and bonuses.

Ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (but not required)
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (but not required)
• Ability to build relationships and follow-up effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits with documentation.
• Educate and advise customers on products that fit their needs.
