Erlynne Rivera-Nansteel-Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a compassionate, bilingual (Spanish/English) personal lines customer service representative to help clients with policy questions, quotes, and payments. You will answer calls, process changes, educate clients on policy options, and strive for outstanding service.

A valid General Lines Property & Casualty license is required, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong customer service and phone etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, solve or refer problems.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
• Help educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
