Qualifications

• Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• 1+ years of P&C sales experience preferred.
• Reliable, self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Within 30 minutes of Great Neck, NY 11021.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Enhance agency reputation by owning the customer experience from first contact to policy close.
• Prospect and initiate new business sales while building referral relationships.
• Execute, plan and implement office processes.
• Maintain reports and records of insurance policies.
• Process applications and update client policies.
• We will train you; selling is the primary focus.
